Chocolatey, Sweet, Soft Banana Bread
That’s practically all you need to know! Oatmeal, Chocolate, Banana Bread, I mean come on. I’ve been using this recipe for YEARS, and I promise, it’s the only one you need. I like to eat my slice of banana bread with Kerrygold salted butter lathered on top. It makes the banana bread a little salty like sprinkling salt on a cookie.
I am a big fan of banana bread. If you have bananas on the counter starting to get overripe, save them and use them!

It is delicious. It’s good for me. It’s a perfect way to start the day,. ,-Michael Scott
You Gotta Try it!
This banana bread is soft and sweet. The oatmeal adds a little extra texture to the bread. The chocolate chips are what take the banana bread to the next level. It is kid approved too! I like to take a few scoops and make a few banana muffins for my boys. I add some sprinkles too because its cute and they love it! I like it best served warm with a cup of coffee in the morning.
